In Chinese Medicine, a human being is a microcosm of a greater macrocosm.

We are part of, and connected to, an incredibly intelligent field of energy, and it is this intelligent energy that regulates the body back into a state of Coherent Order.

By harmonising the Channel system of the body, Acupuncture activates the bodies innate self-regulating and self-healing mechanisms, restoring homeostasis.

I am especially interested in helping my clients to powerfully navigate stress, grief, loss, heart-break, and the emotional instability that comes with life transitions.

Acupuncture creates space to slow down and process (integrate) your experience of life.

 The Initial Consultation is a longer 1.5 hour session, as i like to spend the time to get to know you, understand your history and address specific concerns.  After this session, a treatment plan will be created outlining the duration of treatment, and session frequency.

Follow up sessions are 1 hour in length.
